Fast and Easy Smoothie Packs

School is back in session and our schedules have become full! From sports to band, to choir to theatre, I think we are on the go most afternoons, evenings and weekends. And my youngest found that a full dinner before soccer was not best before her sports practices. It would be easy to grab a bag of chips or snacks, but we need some energy to keep healthy! So I designed a couple of smoothies that are full of nutrients, good fats and even protein. These keep us going from after school until a later dinner and make a quick breakfast before the big game. They are set up to be made into freezer packs and can be kept in the freezer up to 3 months (that how long I tested mine, it may be longer). But . . . you can also enjoy these now! These are just a couple of ideas and the sky is the limit, so experiment!
